3D Print straight from Tinkercad wirelessly with SimplyPrint

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to use the SimplyPrint integration in Tinkercad. This integration makes it extremely easy to start 3D printing your Tinkercad designs right away.

Simply put, from within Tinkercad, you can export your files directly to SimplyPrint and initiate the 3D printing process. This can all be performed from your browser, allowing you to transition from 3D design to 3D printing within Chrome, Firefox, and other browsers. No need for downloadable software. Ideal for Chromebook users, students, STEM teachers, and schools!

Step 1 - Choose which of your amazing Tinkercad designs you want to print

For this demonstration, we're printing a simple piece of text, so you can see how it works.

Step 2 - Click the 'Export' button in the top right corner

Step 3 - Choose '3D Print', then select 'SimplyPrint'

Step 4 - Click 'Continue to SimplyPrint'

Step 5 - Decide what you want SimplyPrint to do with your design

You have three options:
A) Save the file to your SimplyPrint Cloud system
B) Slice the file so it can be printed
C) Add the model to the Print Queue

Step 6 - Print with SimplyPrint

Simply follow your regular SimplyPrint process.
Click "Slice", then "Print", and watch with anticipation as your design comes to life! (at least, that's what we do...)
