Support options and opening hours
How you can reach SimplyPrint depends on your plan. Everyone can get help - the plan decides which channels you have.
What every plan includes
- The AI agent - the chat bubble in the lower right corner of SimplyPrint. It answers at any time and knows our helpdesk, and when you open it while logged in to SimplyPrint it can also see your plan and printers.
- This helpdesk - help.simplyprint.io covers setup, troubleshooting and every feature.
- Our Discord - simplyprint.io/discord, for help from the community. Our team is there too, but Discord isn't an official support channel.

Email support is at contact@simplyprint.io. Write from the email address on your SimplyPrint account so we can find it, and we aim to reply within one working day.
The Cloud Slicer and Filament Manager plans include the AI agent, helpdesk and Discord. If your plan doesn't include live chat, the AI agent stays with you in the chat and helps as far as it can. See simplyprint.io/pricing to compare plans.
Billing, refunds and account requests
Whatever your plan, you can always email contact@simplyprint.io about:
- a payment that fails, or a charge that looks wrong or appears twice
- a refund - we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase
- deleting your account or another account request
Some problems reach our team whatever your plan. Tell the AI agent if a payment fails, you've been charged twice or wrongly, you've found a security problem, or you're locked out of a paid account, and it passes it on.
Opening hours
Our team is in Denmark and works Monday to Friday, 10:00-17:00 Danish time (CET, or CEST in summer).
We're closed on Danish public holidays:
- Easter, from Maundy Thursday to Easter Monday
- Ascension Day
- Whit Monday
- Constitution Day, 5 June
- 24, 25, 26 and 31 December, and 1 January
During the Danish summer holiday, in July and early August, fewer of us are in, so replies can take longer than usual.
You can write to us at any time. Messages that arrive outside opening hours are answered when we're back.
