How to export slicer settings/profiles from PrusaSlicer

Easily package up your custom profiles - printers, filaments, and print settings - from PrusaSlicer, so you can import them directly into SimplyPrint.


1. Launch PrusaSlicer

Start PrusaSlicer on the computer that already has the custom print-profile(s) you want to export.


2. Open the export menu

Either press Ctrl+E on your keyboard, or go to "File" > "Export" in top-left corner, and click on "Export Config...".

The "Export Bundle Config..." and "Export Bundle Config With Physical Printers..." config files can't be used with the SimplyPrint slicer.


3. Save your config file

When the file manager opens:

  1. Choose a folder you'll remember
  2. Save the config.ini file


4. Done!

You can now import the config.ini file into the SimplyPrint slicer!
