AutoPrint stopped after a number of prints (max cycles reached)
Your printer has stopped starting new prints and shows an orange Max cycles reached banner that reads "AutoPrint has reached the maximum number of consecutive prints". This is expected when a cycle limit is hit, and it takes only a few seconds to clear.
What this means
AutoPrint tells you why it is waiting. In the printer's control panel, the AutoPrint widget shows a status banner and a troubleshooting checklist that names the exact reason the next print has not started - so if you are ever unsure, start there.
In this case, you set a "Max AutoPrint cycles" limit for this printer - usually to match a finite stack of swap plates or ejection trays. Once the printer has run that many prints in a row, AutoPrint stops starting (and stops clearing) until you reset the counter. It does not reset on its own.
How to fix it
Reset the count when you have physically emptied or swapped your plates and are ready to keep going. Raise the limit only if the printer can safely stack more finished prints than the current cap allows.- Clear the printer, then reset the cycle count (via the Clear bed dialog / the cycle-count control on the printer).
- Or raise the "Max AutoPrint cycles" number in the AutoPrint settings.
- Leave the limit blank for unlimited cycles if you do not need a plate cap.
