Joining the SimplyPrint Discord Server
What is Discord?
Discord is a free chat platform used by millions worldwide (and one of the most popular communication platforms overall). It lets people chat via text, voice, and video in organized communities called “servers.”
You can use Discord directly in your browser or download the app for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, or Android at discord.com/download.
Why we use Discord
Our Discord community is where SimplyPrint users — from hobbyists to schools and print farms — hang out, share tips, and help each other.
It’s also where we post updates, gather feedback, and track ongoing beta programs (like our Bambu Lab and Prusa betas).
If you’re running into a problem, chances are it’s already been reported or discussed there. That means:
- You can see existing bug reports and follow progress.
- If it’s a new issue, you’ll be the first to report it — helping other users and our support team save time answering the same question twice.
How to join
- Go to simplyprint.io/discord
- If prompted, log in or create a free Discord account.
- Click “Accept Invite” to join the SimplyPrint community.
If that doesn’t work, try one of our backup invite links:
Troubleshooting “Unable to accept invite”
If you see “Whoops… Unable to accept invite,” try these quick fixes:
- Refresh the page and try again
- Log out of Discord and back in
- Confirm any new IP location Discord asks you to verify
- Try a different browser, or open the link in incognito mode
- Make sure you’re logged into the right account
- If the issue persists, contact Discord Support — the invite might be expired, your account might be banned from the server, or you may already be in too many servers (Discord’s limit is 100 without Nitro)
TL;DR
Join the SimplyPrint community on Discord to chat, get help, report bugs, and stay updated:
