How to change the Cloud Slicer language
How to change the Cloud Slicer language
Cloud Slicer can show slicer setting names and categories in languages supported by the selected slicer engines.

What the language setting changes
The slicer language setting applies to slicer settings and categories imported from the slicer engine.
It does not necessarily translate every part of the SimplyPrint panel. It mainly affects engine-provided slicer setting labels and categories.
Change the account default language
- Go to Settings > Slicing.
- Open Slicer UI settings.
- Find Slicer language.
- Select the language.
- Save the settings.
The selected language is used when Cloud Slicer loads settings for the slicer engines that support it.
Change personal slicer UI settings
Some multi-user accounts allow users to override slicer UI settings personally.
If this is enabled for your role, open the slicer settings modal and choose Personal UI settings. Then change the slicer language there.
When a language is not available for every engine
Not every slicer engine supports every language. If the selected language is not supported by one or more engines, SimplyPrint shows a warning naming those engines.
If your account uses multiple slicer engines, choose a language supported by the engines your users need.
Why the language may return to English
During setup, if a chosen default engine does not support the selected language, SimplyPrint falls back to English for that engine.
This prevents the slicer from loading a language that the engine does not provide.
