Browser extensions blocking SimplyPrint (uBlock, Privacy Badger, ad blockers)
Symptoms this article covers: SimplyPrint shows a blank screen, blue screen, or infinite spinner. The payment form, Cloud Slicer, or live printer status doesn't load. The chat in the bottom-right is missing. The page works in one browser but not another.
If any of these match, a browser extension is the most likely cause. This is the single most common reason SimplyPrint doesn't load for individual users.
30-second test: does it work in incognito?
Open SimplyPrint in an incognito or private window.
chrome://extensions, find each one, and uncheck "Allow in incognito" before testing. Otherwise this test is meaningless.- Works in incognito (extensions off): an extension is the cause. Continue below.

How to whitelist SimplyPrint without losing your extensions
Most users don't want to fully disable their privacy extensions. You don't have to.
- uBlock Origin / AdBlock / Brave Shields: click the toolbar icon → toggle off for this site only.
- Privacy Badger: click the icon → switch sliders for
simplyprint.io(andcloudflare.com,crisp.chatif you use chat) to green. - NoScript: click the icon → mark
simplyprint.ioas Trusted.
The extension stays active everywhere else. Only SimplyPrint gets through.
We're not asking you to disable privacy tools
SimplyPrint has no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixels, no tracking pixels, and we don't sell data. Extensions block us because they over-block third parties (Stripe, Cloudflare, Crisp), not because we're tracking you.
