SimplyPrint won't load: blank screen, spinner, or stuck on login
Use this if you're seeing any of these in SimplyPrint:
- A blank or blue screen that never turns into the panel
- An endless loading spinner that just keeps going
- Stuck on the login page with no sign-in form
- "Loading…" forever or a card that never appears
- A specific feature missing (payments, live printer status, Cloud Slicer, chat)
Almost every load problem on SimplyPrint comes from something between your browser and our servers, not from SimplyPrint itself. Work the list below in order. Step 1 or 2 fixes most cases.
Quick fixes (try in order)
- Hard refresh.
Ctrl + Shift + Ron Windows/Linux,Cmd + Shift + Ron Mac. Fixes most "stale cache" cases. - Try incognito with extensions OFF. In Chrome, extensions are NOT automatically disabled in incognito - you must check.
- Try a different browser. Chrome, Edge, and Firefox are the three we tune for.
- Try on your phone. If your phone works on the same account, the problem is local to your computer.
- Send a debug report. User settings → Local preferences → Debug & support.

On a phone? Use a real browser.
QR code scanner apps often open links in their own in-app browser, which breaks most modern web apps including SimplyPrint. Tap the menu (three dots or globe icon) and choose "Open in Safari" or "Open in Chrome". On modern iPhones and Android phones the native camera app reads QR codes - you don't need a third-party app.
Same applies to in-app browsers inside Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger.
Is it actually SimplyPrint that's down?
Rare, but worth a 5-second check before assuming it's you:
- SimplyPrint status page
- Cloudflare status (or downdetector)
- Third-party services we depend on
- SimplyPrint Discord #support - if it's widespread, someone has already posted
