How to delete your SimplyPrint account
No longer have a 3D printer, or simply don’t need the SimplyPrint platform anymore and want your account deleted? Here’s how to proceed:
To request account deletion, please contact our support team via email at contact@simplyprint.io or through our live chat, located in the bottom right corner of our website and helpdesk.
When you reach out, we will need:
- Your full name (the one used during signup)
- Your email address
Additionally, you must contact us from the email address associated with your account to verify your identity. This ensures we can confirm you are the rightful account owner.
We currently do not have a “Delete my account” button in the SimplyPrint platform. While we understand this is not ideal, requests for account deletion are infrequent, and implementing such functionality while complying with GDPR and accounting regulations requires careful handling. Nevertheless, we are actively working on automating this process.
