How to change the language of the panel

Looking to use SimplyPrint in your own language? This guide explains which languages SimplyPrint is available in today, how to change the language where you can, and how to translate the rest of the panel with your browser.

What you can change today

Two things are worth knowing apart:

• The panel language (menus, buttons, settings) is English only for now. An older Danish option still appears in your account settings, but it is only partly translated, so new parts of SimplyPrint show in English.
• The Cloud Slicer language is separate, and it does support many languages (German, French, Spanish, Ukrainian and more, depending on the slicer engine). This is the one part you can switch into your language today.

Change the account language setting

You can set the account language under your account information. On plans with Danish support this switches between English and Danish.

1. Go to the SimplyPrint panel.
2. Click your name in the top right and open Your account.
3. On the Your information tab, find the language option below your name.
4. Choose your language and click Save information.

Change the Cloud Slicer language

If you mainly want the slicer in your language, that is set separately and supports far more languages.

1. Go to Settings > Slicing.
2. Open Slicer UI settings.
3. Find Slicer language and pick your language.
4. Save the settings.

Translate the panel with your browser

Until more languages are available, your browser can translate the whole panel automatically:

• Chrome and Edge: right-click anywhere on the page and choose "Translate to ...".
• Safari: click the translate icon in the address bar.
• Firefox: use the built-in Firefox Translations feature.

The translation is automatic, so the odd technical word may read a little oddly, but it works well for everyday use.
