SimplyPrint giveaways: how to enter and where to find them
We occasionally run giveaways - sometimes on our own, sometimes together with creators or partners. This article explains how the giveaway popup works, how to find a giveaway you dismissed, and why you might not see one when others do.
How a giveaway appears
When a giveaway is running and your account is eligible, you'll see a small card pop up in the bottom-left corner of the panel. It shows the prize and a button to enter:

Clicking Enter giveaway expands the card. From there you get the full details - what the giveaway is about, the prize, the entry steps, and the terms link:

Each giveaway has its own entry steps. Often that means following us (and the partner) on Instagram, providing your Instagram handle so the follow can be verified, and ticking the I agree to the Giveaway Terms checkbox. Once everything's set, click Enter giveaway.
After a successful entry you'll see a confirmation with the drawing date and how we'll reach you if you win:

Where to find a giveaway after dismissing it
If you closed the popup without entering, or want to come back to check on a giveaway you already entered, head to your user settings: simplyprint.io/panel/user_settings/giveaways. The Giveaways tab lists every giveaway you've interacted with, plus any currently running giveaway you haven't touched yet. Each row shows the status - active, entered, dismissed, or closed - and a button to reopen the popup if the giveaway is still running:

Entries and dismissals are tied to your SimplyPrint user, not to the device you're on, so you can switch browsers or come back later and still see the same list.
Why you might not see a giveaway
The popup is hidden in a few cases by design. If a giveaway is currently running but you're not seeing it, one of these likely applies:
- You're not the account owner. Giveaways are only offered to the primary owner of an account. Sub-users and invited members don't see them.
- You're a student on a school account. Promotions are not open to school-managed student accounts. Teachers and school account owners can still see them.
- You're using SimplyPrint via a reseller, OEM, or white-labelled platform. Giveaways are run on the main SimplyPrint platform only; OEM and white-label deployments don't show them.
- Your country isn't in the eligibility list. Each giveaway specifies which countries can enter, and we can't always include every region (shipping, local sweepstakes rules, etc.).
- You recently answered a survey. There's a short cooldown between popups so we don't stack them on top of each other.
- The giveaway has ended. Once the entry period closes, the popup stops appearing; the giveaway moves to the past list on the terms page and in your Giveaways tab.

Terms and the alternative entry method
Every giveaway is governed by our Giveaway Terms. The terms page also includes the current promotion details (sponsor, partner, dates, eligible countries, prize value) and a list of past promotions.
The terms also describe an alternative no-cost entry method - you can enter by emailing giveaways@simplyprint.io without using the popup or any social platform. The Instagram/in-app route is the easier way for most people, but the alternative is there if you prefer.
