What is a "grandfathered plan"?

TLDR; a "grandfathered" plan lets existing users keep their old pricing or features, even after changes for new customers.

If you’re on a grandfathered plan at SimplyPrint, it means you keep the original pricing or features from when you first subscribed, even if we introduce new plans or adjust prices for new users. We do this to show appreciation for our early and loyal customers, ensuring they aren't impacted by future changes.

Example:

Imagine you signed up for a plan in 2021 at a lower rate. Even if SimplyPrint updates our prices in 2024, you’ll continue to pay the rate you originally subscribed at.

Note: "Grandfathered" doesn't always mean the plan itself changes or is replaced. Sometimes, it’s just about keeping the original price while new customers pay a higher rate for the same features. Grandfathered customers enjoy their locked-in price as a thank-you for their loyalty.

You can always contact SimplyPrint for more info.
