How do I cancel my subscription?

Want to cancel, move to a smaller plan, or just make sure you won't be charged? Everything about your plan is under Settings > Subscription: simplyprint.io/panel/settings/subscription. It's in your account settings, not your personal user settings.

To change the subscription you must be the account owner, or have the "Manage subscription" permission. If you don't see the Subscription tab, ask your account's administrator.

First: are you on a paid plan, or a trial?

If you never entered a card and never chose a paid plan, you're on a free trial, not a paid subscription.

On a trial there's nothing to cancel. Your account continues on the Free plan when the trial ends, and you are not charged.

Saving your trial for later? Just let it run out; we can reset it for you. See how your trial works.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription.
  2. Scroll below the plan cards and click the red Cancel subscription button.
  3. Follow the dialog. It asks why you're leaving, shows what you'll lose, and lets you choose which add-ons to keep.

You keep your current plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Nothing changes before that day.

Move to a smaller plan instead

On Settings > Subscription, pick a lower plan from the plan cards. A smaller plan has fewer printer slots and features, so check what you'll lose before you confirm. The change happens at the end of your current period.

After you cancel

  • You get a confirmation email. It goes to the account owner and the billing contacts. It says which plan you're on, the day it ends, and which add-ons stay.
  • The date is on Settings > Subscription, in the red "Because you scaled down your subscription" box. The Cancel subscription button is gone while the cancellation is scheduled.
  • Add-ons you keep are still billed. If you chose to keep add-ons, such as AI failure detection licenses, they stay on your account and keep billing after the move to Free. Lower them on the Subscription page if you don't want them.
  • Some accounts can't move to Free. Those accounts are deactivated on that day instead, and the box and the email say so.

Changed your mind?

Click Stop plan downgrade (or Undo cancellation) in the red box on Settings > Subscription any time before the date. Your plan then renews as normal.

Already on the Free plan?

Then there's nothing to cancel. The Free plan never charges you.
